Printing Timelines
Softcover – three to five business days
Hardcover – five to seven business days
Full-color – five to ten business days
All shipping timelines and service levels are based on the date your books leave the printing warehouse. You’ll receive an email on the day your order is shipped. This email will contain tracking numbers. Your books can be shipped from a variety of printing warehouses depending on geography and the availability of books in your order. In most cases, this variation will decrease shipping times as the orders have less distance to travel to reach you.
Shipping Options
Only USPS Regular Mail may be used for PO Box addresses. Our traceable shipping options may only be used for physical addresses. When selecting your shipping option, you understand your order will ship after the book(s) has/have been printed.
International Shipping
International shipping is qualified as any order shipped outside the United States. As with all of our shipping methods, tracking information will be forwarded to the e-mail address provided during registration. Delivery time depends on location. Customs and duties may apply depending on the country of delivery.
Replacement and Refund Policies
Due to the nature of our business, most orders are printed at the time the order is placed and cannot be canceled or changed. Books are non-returnable. We do NOT execute refunds once the order is already with our printers. Please double check all shipping/billing addresses, quantities and shipping options before submitting your order. We are not responsible if an item is lost in transit or if damaged.

✓ Delivery to most commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. within 1 to 6 business days of shipment date, based on the location of the Ship-To address.

Residential Ground
✓ Delivery to most residential addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. within 1 to 6 business days of shipment date, based on the location of the Ship-To address.

Commercial 2nd Day Air
✓ Delivery to most commercial addresses in all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day after shipment date.

⚠ Shipments to certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.
⚠ P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship-To Address.
Residential 2nd Day Air
✓ Delivery to most residential addresses in all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day after shipment date.
✓ Shipments are trackable.

International Shipping Methods
Canada Ground
✓ Delivery to most addresses in the 10 provinces of Canada within 3 to 7 business days of shipment date, based on the location of the Ship-To address.
✓ Shipments are trackable.
✓ Quoted freight rates include import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees and document preparation fees. These fees will be included on the invoice to the customer.

International and Canada Premium
✓ Delivery to more than 200 countries (including Canada) within 1 to 5 business days after shipment date.
✓ Shipments are trackable.
✓ When shipping to an EU27 country this service can be IOSS where an IOSS registration number is included (VAT Charges managed by Publisher via IOSS)
⚠ P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a Ship-To Address.
⚠ Quoted freight rates do not include import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees and document preparation fees. If these fees apply, these additional fees will be invoiced and paid by the customer separately.
International Economy
✓ Delivery to most countries and territories to the destination country’s mail system.
⚠ Shipment times and reliability vary based on the destination country’s mail system.
⚠ This shipping method, in exchange for lower shipping cost, does not offer damage insurance or shipment tracking to the ultimate recipient.
⚠ When you select this method of international shipment, you waive all liability against Reading Glass Books for damage or loss of the shipment.
